REGISTRATION FEE:
A non-refundable registration fee is required with the registration form to reserve class space. The fee amount is $45.00
for new students and $25.00 for returning students, $5.00 for each additional sibling. A registration is not considered complete and class space is not reserved until this fee is paid.

TUITION AND FEES:
In order for a student to participate in any of the programs offered at ESOD, all paperwork must be completed and all fees paid. The only way to hold a spot in the program is to pay the full tuition and registration fee. |

MONTHLY FEES:
ENCORE is on a monthly computer billing system. Autopay fees are collected via bank draft, or credit card and will be charged on the 1st of the month. All fees paid are non-refundable. Monthly tuition amounts and costume amounts may change according to the students class enrollment.
***TUITION REMAINS THE SAME WHETHER THE MONTH IS LONG (5 WEEKS) OR SHORT (2 WEEKS) AND REGARDLESS OF ABSENCES. IT IS PAYABLE MONTHLY IN ADVANCE, AND DUE BY THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.*** |

NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS:
If your payments are made by autopay the processing company will debit $35.00 for each transaction that does not fund. A total of three attempts are made each month. The NSF fees will be debited at the end of the month. |

INSURANCE:
ESOD does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family's insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the students own policy is your only source of reimbursement. |

HOLIDAYS:
Holidays will generally follow school schedules. Holiday dates will always be posted and notes will be given to your child prior to holiday periods. We are only closed on MAJOR HOLIDAYS. |

ATTENDANCE:
Attendance is taken at each class. GOOD ATTENDANCE IS IMPERATIVE as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class and the studio cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child at every class. |

CLASS OBSERVATION:
ESOD has two way mirrors in both classroom doors as well as close circuit TV in the lobby. In order to give each child the best possible instruction with no distractions, parents are not allowed to stay in class with the student. |

RECITAL:
Under Recital info new dates are June 14th & 15th, 2013
Recital Fee is $80.00 per family due by February 2nd, 2013
Costume Balance is due by December 1st, 2012

WITHDRAWALS:
Any student who drops out of the program MUST GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO THE NEXT MONTHS BILLING DATE. This will stop the billing process. If the customer does not give written notice, they will be automatically billed for the next months tuition and billing will continue until WRITTEN NOTICE IS GIVEN; the customer will be financially responsible for the total amount. |

CLASSES:
Encore reserves the right to combine classes which do not meet the minimum class size.
